Makeup Service Policy
YOU HAVE TO CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. IF YOU CANCEL THE DAY OF, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT. ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES EARLY TO GET SKIN TYPE ASSESSED. IF YOU ARRIVE 10 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT RESCHEDULE WITHIN A WEEK, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. ALL MAKEUP PRODUCTS, BRUSHES, AND SERVICE AREA ARE KEPT SANITIZED BETWEEN EACH CLIENT. ANY SKIN CONDITION THAT YOU HAVE MUST BE REPORTED TO MAKEUP ARTIST BEFORE SERVICE IS RENDERED. SKIN TESTS CAN BE REQUESTED IF UNSURE. CLIENT(S) AGREE TO RELEASE THE MAKEUP ARTIST, VERSATONE BEAUTY, ITS OWNERS, AND ALL EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY SKIN COMPLICATIONS DUE TO ALLERGIC REACTIONS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AGAIN IF THERE ARE ANY ACTS OF RUDENESS, VIOLENCE, THREATS, REFUSAL OF PAY, OR SHOWING UP LATE EXCESSIVELY.
